This year the union of the 54 African States (AU) celebrates its jubilee year of being! And for the past five years we’ve been attending the Africa Arise conference hosted by Dr. B. Mengistu (BEZA Ministries International), which runs concurrently with the AU summit. They also host the AU Heads of State Prayer Breakfast which I’ve been privileged to be a keynote speaker for since 2010.

Well, we’ve run our race for 2012 and by God’s grace we’ve finished our assignments! HALLELUJAH SUMMER BREAK!! My last sets of meetings were in West Africa; Ghana (Holy Ghost Action conference) and Lagos (Word of Life, TREM & House on The Rock) which had over 15000 congregants in attendance. The Experience in Lagos this year had about 300 000 people gathered; and their standard of excellence, praise and worship and intense intercessory prayer was incredible.

My first visit to Ireland went extremely well, the people there really touched my heart. We did a series on Prayer as the believers there have been praying for years to break numerical barriers in church attendance and for a change in the atmosphere of that nation. No single Pentecostal church has a congregation of over 500 people! We pledged our support in prayer and believe their breakthrough is near.

October has always been an extremely busy month for us and this year is no different. We’ve already been a part of some phenomenal meetings here in the US; we’ve witnessed the moving of The Spirit of the Lord in might, especially necessary for this nation with the elections around the corner! I’m now at the tail end of my assignments for this trip and then it’s on to Dublin, Ireland. This will be my first trip to Ireland and I am looking forward to ministering there.

Pastor ChiChi and I had a truly remarkable experience in Lusaka earlier this month; we spent a few minutes with former President Kenneth Kaunda. The conversation with him reminded us of the sacrifices our fathers made in order for us to enjoy things like freedom of worship, and for that we honour them.
I will put God first in all things in my life. I pledge to serve God with my whole heart, my mind my soul my strength. I pledge to love my neighbour as myself fulfilling the commandments of God.
